2.1 General description of the mobile apps and web portals
Our mobile apps and web portals provide users with access to selected sections of the web-based wealth management software. Within the app and web portals, users can navigate through different layers of portfolio views and review their investments and related key figures from various perspectives and across all available allocation levels.

- The portals are web applications that can be used on desktop computers and mobile devices.
- Mobile apps are available for Android and Apple devices.
3.1 Accessibility of this information
This information is available digitally in our products as an accessible PDF document or note. We provide this information in clear, simple language. The language level does not exceed B2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.
3.2 Accessibility of digital products
To improve digital accessibility in our apps and portals, we have implemented targeted measures. These measures follow the WCAG 2.2 guidelines at Level AA:
- Keyboard accessibility: All interactive elements are fully operable using a keyboard. Focus indicators and visual highlights support navigation.
- Screen reader compatibility: ARIA labels and alt attributes are added to visual interactive elements to ensure optimal usability with screen readers.
- Contrast: Font weights have been increased and transparency reduced to improve readability. Due to customer-specific color schemes, we cannot guarantee a minimum contrast ratio of 4.5:1.
- Zoom function: Usability is retained even when the browser zoom is increased to 200% (at least 640px viewport width).
- Font sizes: Font sizes automatically adjust to browser zoom; a separate text enlargement function is not required.
- Feedback dialog: A dialog for reporting accessibility issues is integrated.
3.3 Notes on individual customization
Individual color and design customizations implemented in coordination with clients are beyond our direct control. Responsibility for reviewing and ensuring accessibility of such client-specific configurations lies with the clients themselves.
